The regular monthly meeting was held May 3^rd 2011, at the Alexandria Vol. Fire Dept. in Huntingdon Co. PA

Lodge officers present were Secretary Evans, Treasurer Cunningham, Trustee Leon Wagner, and Guard Johns.

Treasurer Cunningham led the members in attendance with the Pledge of Allegiance.

MOTION made by Treasurer Cunningham and second by Secretary Evans to deviate from normal business so guest could speak. Motion passed.

Aflac representatives Dan MCintyre spoke briefly reference Aflac insurance,

MOTION made by Brother Leon Wagner and second by Brother Ritter to waive the reading of the previous minutes. Motion passed.

REPORTS OF FINANCIAL SECRETARY/TREASURER – Treasurers report provided by Brother Cunningham.

MOTION made by Brother Johns and second by Brother Roland to accept the report. Motion passed.

FOP Family Picnic is Tuesday July 5^th 2011 at Bland’s Park.

GOOD OF THE ORDER – Treasurer Cunningham spoke about the meeting with the Captain.  Brother Cunningham also briefly discussed Act.111 Ruling.

MOTION made by Brother Ritter and second by Brother Roland to pay the bills against the Lodge, Motion passed.

MOTION made by Brother Roland and seconded by brother Ritter to Adjourn. Motion passed
